1. Who We Are

Veneers Authority (veneersauthority.com) is operated by Level One Innovations, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. We are a dental education and patient referral platform that helps adults research cosmetic dental procedures and connect with vetted cosmetic dentists.

We are not a dental practice and do not provide clinical dental advice. All content on this site is for educational purposes only.

2. Information We Collect

When you voluntarily submit a form on this site, we collect the following information:

We also collect standard, non-personally-identifiable technical information when you visit the site — such as browser type, pages visited, and general geographic region — through analytics tools. This information cannot be used to identify you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to follow up on your cost estimate or specialist referral request, connect you with a cosmetic dentist if you requested one, and send educational emails if you opted in. We use anonymous analytics data solely to improve the site experience.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your name, email, or phone number with advertising platforms or data brokers.

We share your information only in these limited circumstances:

5. Tracking and Analytics

We use a tag management system to deploy analytics and advertising measurement tools on this site. These tools collect anonymous usage data — such as pages visited and session duration — to help us understand how the site is being used. They do not receive your name, email, or phone number.

When you submit a form, we fire an anonymous conversion event to our analytics and advertising measurement tools. This event contains only non-identifying signals such as general lead type and page source. Your personal information is never included in any analytics or advertising event.

We use cookies to support analytics functionality. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

6. SMS / Text Message Communications

When you submit a form on this site and provide your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Veneers Authority and our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) related to your cost estimate request, appointment reminders, and educational follow-ups about dental veneers. Message frequency varies; typically 2–5 messages per request. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also text HELP for assistance or contact us at info@veneersauthority.com.

We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to communicate with you about your estimate request and, if applicable, to connect you with a vetted partner dental practice in your area. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By providing your phone number, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

7. Email Communications

If you submit a form, we may contact you by email or phone to follow up on your request. If you opted in to our newsletter, we will send periodic educational emails about dental veneers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. If you did not opt in, we will only contact you in direct response to your submission.

7.5 AI Voice Assistant Communications

If you provide your phone number when requesting an estimate, you may receive a follow-up phone call from Alex, our automated AI voice assistant powered by third-party AI voice technology (Vapi.ai). Alex will identify itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call. The purpose of these calls is solely to confirm the details of your estimate request, answer basic educational questions about veneers, and offer to connect you with a vetted partner dental practice in your area.

Recording and transcription. AI voice calls are recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training of the AI system, and your protection. By answering the call and continuing the conversation after Alex's introduction, you consent to being recorded. If you do not consent, you may end the call at any time and we will not call you again about that request.

Opt out. You may opt out of AI voice calls at any time by (a) telling Alex during a call that you do not wish to receive further AI calls, (b) replying STOP CALLS to any SMS message we send you, or (c) emailing privacy.veneersauthority@crowdemail.com. Opt-out requests are honored within 24 hours.

Data handling. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely with our AI voice provider and within our CRM (GoHighLevel) for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless required for legal or regulatory purposes. We do not sell or share recordings with any third party for marketing purposes. Recordings may be reviewed by authorized Veneers Authority team members and the partner dental practice you elect to be connected with.

State-specific notices. Residents of two-party consent states (including California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington) are notified at the start of every call that the call is being recorded. Continuing the conversation after this notice constitutes consent under applicable state law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. If you have not engaged with any communication from us within 24 months of your initial submission, we will remove your record from our active systems.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of email communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy.veneersauthority@crowdemail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

10. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion of their personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a CCPA request, email privacy.veneersauthority@crowdemail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

11. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, contact us immediately and we will delete it.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your personal information. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take data protection seriously and review our practices regularly.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
